At Dog Gone Walking, we form amazing bonds with our clients, over years of visiting and getting to know all their quirks and unique personalities. With help from our sponsor, Rens Pets Depot, we choose a client each month and show off some of the incredible pets we spend time with every day! 

March’s client of the month is Ben! He’s a special little guy because he is Dog Gone Walking’s longest and oldest client at 16 years old on March 25th! 🙂 Benny may not see or hear much of anything anymore, but he is still happy to be held and loved on by the DGW girls.

Even though he’s deaf and blind now, Benny love sniffing all the neighbourhood smells, with Eryn or Connie as his handy guide! He still has a spirit for adventure in him!

Benny’s usual walker Eryn, told us all about why she loves to visit her longtime client:

Benny has been with DGW for many years! We still treasure every day we get with this sweet senior boy! He brightens our schedules when we see him and does his best to go for a stroll, even if he has to wear his sweater and wellies! Benny always expects his favourite chickpea treats when we come back in and he will bark to let me know if I have forgotten! He’s such a cheeky boy 🙂
